The purpose of the first one or two sessions is to see if we are a good 'match' and to help you decide if you would like to work with me.  There is no obligation to return after these sessions.

If we do want to work together, subsequent sessions are 50 minutes long (60 minutes for couples) and take place at the same regular time, agreed by us.  Most people come once a week and some come twice a week or more.

You may like to start with short-term therapy (12 sessions) or opt for long-term therapy (open ended).  If you find the short-term therapy beneficial, you can extend into long-term.  The choice is absolutely yours.
